If you are at the garage when you pick one from the manager it will automatically be connected (this to avoid collision, as it doesn't know if your truck is parked right where the trailer will spawn). If you are not at your garage, lets say you are at a rest spot or fueling, and you pick your trailer from the manager it will spawn at yourEuro Truck Simulator 2. Employees returning empty. Because they pay less. I'm assuming you don't have many driver yet, because as you do you'll get drowned in cash in less time it takes you to drive across a country.
